The Oaks of Pasadena!
The Oaks of Pasadena opened its doors in 1981. Since then, we have provided unsurpassed service and amenities for adults age 55 and older who enjoy an independent lifestyle, living in their own apartment. We also have a small assisted living home called The Retreat. Both facilities are located on our beautiful 27-acre property that includes an arboretum, gardens, swimming pool and paved walking paths.

We believe the best way to understand our lifestyle is to experience it firsthand. That is why we are opening our doors and inviting potential residents to join us for any of our scheduled activities this January. Whether you are interested in a fitness class, a creative workshop, or a social outing, you are always welcome at The Oaks.
January Activity Highlights
Our January calendar is packed with opportunities to stay active, social, and engaged. Here are a few “can’t-miss” events:

Weekend Matinees: Join us in The Oak Room for some classic cinema. This month’s lineup includes “The Godfather” (Jan 4), “The Mask of Zorro” (Jan 10), and “Indiana Jones & the Raiders of the Lost Ark” (Jan 24).

Creative Workshops: Tap into your artistic side with Needle Arts every Friday at 2:00 PM or our Painting Class on January 15.

The Lunch Bunch: We’re heading out for great food and even better company! Join us for outings to Haruka Sake & Sushi (Jan. 6) or our Smokehouse Social BBQ (Jan. 22).

Wellness & Movement: Stay energized with our fabulous exercise instructor Claudia every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or try out our Yoga class on Thursdays, Chair Tai Chi on Tuesdays and Saturdays, or Line Dancing on Sunday mornings.

Breakfast Buffet: Our chefs will be cooking up a special morning meal on January 29!

Prices
The Oaks of Pasadena independent living apartments are leased on an annual basis, with monthly payments of:
$4,000 – Studio apartment – 480 sq. ft.
$5,550 – 1-bedroom apt. – 740 sq. ft
$7,850 – 2-bedroom apt. – 1220 sq. ft.
$10,100 – 2-bedroom apt. – 1480 sq. ft.
The Retreat assisted living starts at $7500 per month and is adjusted according to room size and individual care needs.
