The Retreat is a small Assisted Living Facility located in a beautiful, quiet section of East Pasadena. We are looking for Caregivers to provide personal care assistance for our elderly residents. This care includes assistance with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, ambulation, eating, and medication management. Minor housekeeping is also required to keep our residents in a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, considerate, friendly, patient and willing to work as a team member with other caregivers. The Retreat is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Oaks of Pasadena is seeking Food Servers to provide excellent service in our restaurant-style dining room. This role includes greeting residents warmly, taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant dining environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, considerate, and team-oriented, with a genuine interest in creating a positive dining experience for our residents. Prior food service experience is preferred, but a compassionate attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. The Oaks of Pasadena is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Requirements:
Must be 18+ years old, or age 16 or 17 with a Work Permit from school. Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
Required to pass a physical and drug test.
Must be able to work some weekend and holiday hours. Must be willing to obtain Food Handler certification, provided by employer.
Part-time shifts, variable hours.
